Welcome

You are very welcome to our web site. You will find information on our sport, photographs of our members at recent events and details on how to apply for membership.

To apply for membership of the IPSA you must be in possession of a firearm licensed in your name suitable for whatever discipline you intend to compete in.

IPSA was formed towards the end of 2004, & gained IPSC recognition in 2006. The association administers all aspects of IPSC shooting in the Republic of Ireland. Our association is made up of sports men and women from all parts of Ireland with members from other regions joining and supporting the IPSA.

The Association offers saftey training courses to all of its members. It organises and runs competitions, It cordinates the training of all Range Officers in conjuction with the NROAI National Ranger Officers Association of Ireland. IPSA facilitates its members travelling to other regions to compete or work at various IPSC sanctioned matches.

If you have any queries in relation to any aspect of practical shooting then feel free to email any of the committee members. They will be more than willing to assist you. This website like all websites will change. We welcome your feedback on what you would like to see covered.
